Pantheon was founded in 2022 by Ali Hamidou — after he watched a window cleaner dangling 18 stories above Macleod Trail in a windstorm and thought: there is absolutely a better way to do this. Ali had spent years at the intersection of technology and real estate, and couldn't reconcile why an industry managing billions in commercial assets was still sending people up ropes to clean glass.
